9:30 am: QiGong with Jan Stittleburg

10:45 am: Tai Chi Series* Introducing Everyday Movements with Linda Voorhees

12:00pm: Meditation with Adam Montoya

· Arrive 15 minutes prior to class to sign in.

· No prior fitness experience is needed.

· Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothes and shoes such as sneakers.

· Meditation Class: Bring a mat, pillow, or both. Chair meditation is available.
