Described as "meditation in motion", Tai Chi consists of perfoming a series of postures in a slow and graceful manner, with each movement flowing into the next without pause. It involves gentle physical exercise and stretching.

About Our Club
Our Club is in Sun City, AZ and is open to all RCSC cardholders. We welcome new members, visitors and guests looking for healthy exercise.
A visitor may attend two classes before joining the club. A visitor or guest may not displace club members.
Class fees are $4.00 per class, yearly membership fees are $10.00. Membership renewals begin on Jan 1.
Club name badges are to be worn during classes.
It is advised to wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes such as tennis shoes or slip-ons.
Vision Statement
The vision of our club focuses on the improvement of the mental, physical, and spiritual health
of our membership, by providing quality courses that use the insight of Taoism, the healing power of Qi Gong, and the slow flowing movements of Tai Chi, to improve balance, reduce tension, and achieve peace of mind.
