Practicing Qi Gong is so simple and so powerful. You cannot do it wrong. You can only do it good, better, or best.

It's the journey,not the destination.

What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi is an ancient Martial Art involving slow, flowing movements, that emphasizes postures, balance, and health. It involves gentle, physical exercise, and stretching. Each posture flows into the next, without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. When done slowly, and with proper deep breathing, it becomes "meditation in motion". There are many different styles of Tai Chi and many different variations to the style. Our club offers Yang Style 108, which has between 85 and 108 forms.
What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong (pronounced "chee-gung ") is a Chinese system of physical exercises and breathing control. Movements include stretches, slow motions, quick thrusts, and bending. Postures and movements are designed to strengthen, stretch, and tone the body to improve the flow of energy.
Keep calm and do Tai Chi
