                                              Traditional Yang Style 108 Long Form

Beginner Tai Chi - Section I

Thursday: Bell Recreation Center - SH2 - 10:45 a.m.

Learn the beginning steps to the 108 form of Tai Chi. These flowing movements will introduce you to a traditional form while aiding health, balance, coordination and memory. This class offers the opportunity to explore further into the form by advancing into Set 2 and Set 3 classes of the 108 form.

Advanced Beginner Tai Chi - Section I

Thursday: Bell Recreation Center - SH2 -12 p.m.

Refine steps to the 108 form of Tai Chi. Flowing movements become more meditative, while aiding health, balance, coordination, and memory.

           Instructor: Sue Bryant

Intermediate Tai Chi - Section II

Thursday: Bell Recreation Center SH2 - 1:15 p.m.

Continue to refine the steps you learned in Beginner Tai Chi, while adding new steps, to take you into the next level of Tai Chi. Increase the health, mental and centering benefits it has to offer, while furthering an understanding of your inner strengths.

Advanced Tai Chi - Section III

Thursday: Bell Recreation Center - SH2 - 2:30 p.m.

Learn the final steps to the 108 form while continuing to hone the first 2 sets and while expanding your understanding of Tai Chi. This class will also delve into short forms, such as 10 form.

Balance and Tai Chi Basics

Thursday: Bell Recreation Center - SH2 - 9:30 a.m.

Make it easier to do your everyday activities with better balance and flexibility.  Learn ways to move more comfortably with better coordination to improve your overall health by doing fun Tai Chi exercises in this class.

Qi Gong

TuesdayLakeview Recreation Center - SH3- 6:00 p.m.

An ancient Chinese system that promotes overall health and balance, using physical postures, breathing, and focused attention.  "Qi" means the vital energy that flows through all things.
