April 9, 2026 Tai Chi classes Set 2 and Set 3 will be combining April 16 - September 30th and will be held at 1:15 pm at the Bell Recreation Center.


Described as "meditation in motion", Tai Chi consists of perfoming a series of postures in a slow and graceful manner, with each movement flowing into the next without pause. It involves gentle physical exercise and stretching.
